Working within a busy back-office Customer Service environment, your duties as Customer Service Administrator will include
• Dealing with Customer Service-related enquiries received via email
• Processing all email applications within company service standards
• Ensuring all application rejections / queries are followed up and resolved in an efficient and customer focused manner
• Updating consumers at all times
• Ensuring all amendments are completed accurately and in a timely manner and that all correspondence is responded to in accordance with company guidelines
Ideally you will have previous Customer Service experience within a professional environment, possessing first class verbal and written communication skills and a high level of accuracy. In addition, you will have good administration and strong IT skills, experienced in the use of Word and Excel, and be a good team player.

This role is full-time hybrid, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 17:30, and Saturday mornings on a rota.
