About the Role:
Our client a Global Beauty, Cosmetics and Personal Care Company, are seeking a passionate Customer Service Administrator to join their customer care team in West London.
Job Scope:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you play a pivotal role. Responsibilities include engaging with customers regarding orders and queries, identifying and promoting products over the telephone and via email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
- Develop and implement effective programs to retain and grow the customer base.
- Process and monitor web, telephone, and internal orders, as well as handle refunds or compensation via web chat.
- Provide support with stockist and distributor orders.
- Process Amazon orders and manage returns or any other queries.
- Monitor the sale order process from start to finish, ensuring timely dispatch and liaising with the production and warehouse teams when needed.
- Organize and oversee logistics and necessary paperwork.
- Be a Health and Safety champion.
- Ability to commute to West London reliably.
Experience required:
- Customer Service / Sales Administration / Customer Care
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products
- Familiarity with SAGE 50 or 200 (would be a benefit)
