We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team in the Control Tower at our Wellingborough site on a full-time, permanent basis. You will work Monday – Friday from 9am - 5:30pm.

The Role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will provide efficient, timely and professional administrative support to ensure we meet our contractual requirements for our customers.
Planning deliveries based on product availability and customer requests, you will prepare and process relevant delivery documents. You will address customer queries about deliveries and collections and ensure all relevant reports are sent.
You will also develop and maintain excellent customer relationships, acting as the key customer contact for delivery queries, and ensure all customer records and spreadsheets are updated and shared in line with departmental procedures.
About You
To be considered as a Customer Service Administrator, you will need:
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
