Customer Service Administrator

This employer is seeking someone for a fast paced role as a Customer Service Executive, supporting the senior sales position within the energy sector. This is a full time permanent opportunity, working 4 days in the office with 1 day at home. Ideally the candidate will have solid administrative or Customer Service administration experience from within the energy sector and be comfortable working within a close knit evolving team.

You will enjoy an ever changing role, demonstrating a high level of Customer Service & organisation skills. Key duties will include:

• Proactive management of the systems in place
• Effective use of admin systems
• Maintaining a close working relationship with customers, suppliers and the sales team
• Have knowledge of: Logging change of tenancies, Erroneous Transfers, Climate Charge Levys, Climate Charge Agreements
• Responsible for one drive, data input and ensuring data is saved appropriately and is kept up to date
• Use of CRM systems, excel spreadsheets, adobe acrobat
• Carbon reporting to support customers work towards being net zero
• Data analysis
• Creating proposals to present to customers

For the ideal candidate, you will be able to demonstrate that you a customer focused, organised individual. Experience within or knowledge of the energy sector as well as solid experience using CRM systems and advanced IT is preferred for this role.
