Our client, a leading business in the Financial Services industry is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Due to growth our client is looking to hire a Customer Service Administrator to their team, where you will be required to be the first point of contact for existing clients regarding any changes to their existing or new products, administering changes whilst managing the process.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service-related role, where you are used to liaising with colleagues and clients of all levels, being the go-to person for all role-specific questions and queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all customers and third parties
- Liaise with other departments within the business
- Keep track of when to contact existing customers when they are coming to the end of their term, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail at all times
- Manage your own workload with the ability t work both as part of a team and independently
- Complete a high level of administration tasks maintaining accuracy and attention to detail at all times
- Review applications before submitting to Senior management
Key Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Customer Service role, where you have become used to liaising with clients and third parties over the phone and via email
- Any financial services industry experience would be advantageous, although not essential
- Confident working with third parties and other internal departments
- Able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in your work
- Confident building and maintaining relationships with colleagues and clients of all levels
- Used to working both independently and as part of a team
- Confident picking up new skills and learning the specifics of a new industry
