Job Purpose

We seek an experienced Service Administrator to join our expanding, established, and successful Service team. The Service Administrator is responsible for booking and scheduling work for our Fire & Security Engineers and providing first class support to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, feedback, and requests
• Ensuring timely and professional responses to all incoming emails
• Scheduling and diary management of the engineers and allocating of their jobs
• Providing costings and quotes to customers
• Quoting and ordering parts for jobs
• Invoicing
• Updating systems regarding queries and outcomes
• Take ownership of tasks and manage own workload within a team environment

About you

We are looking for a person with a high level of commitment who can demonstrate relevant experience in a fast-paced customer focused role. Excellent communication, organisation and PC skills are essential. You should be able to work quickly and accurately in a busy, team environment and should be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to ensure issues are identified and resolved to customer satisfaction.

Working hours between 8:30 am - 5.00 pm Monday - Friday.
