You will be working in a friendly team where you can learn, grow and develop your Customer Service and product knowledge skills.
The role
The first point of contact for customer queries, B2B and B2C.
Deliver an excellent customer experience, communicating with different departments to solve queries.
Build strong customer relationships.
Provide stock availability
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and queries.
Manage company email enquiries.
Skills Needed
You must be passionate about building strong customer relationships and working in a close team environment.
Have proven knowledge and previous experience in a fast-paced Customer Service role.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Accurate data entry skills
Ability to look at the bigger picture and suggest problem-solving solutions
