Customer Service Administrator
An annual salary of £22,276.80
Based Woking
Full Time Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm 40 hours (30 mins unpaid lunch break)
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join the team within our Surrey Wheelchair Service across Woking.
Day to day you will handle calls from our service users, family members and healthcare professionals acting as the first point of contact for any queries or orders.
We are a fast-growing business and a leading provider of Healthcare Service solutions. We work in partnership with the NHS to deliver the Surrey Wheelchair Service which is an integrated service delivering clinical and the repair service.
The Role:
Manage incoming calls, answering any queries in a timely and professional mannerCoordinating orders to be delivered, serviced, collected by our field-based EngineersMonitoring and progressing orders by checking online reportsEntering referral information for clinical triageGeneral administration that supports daily activities and duties Booking repair activity
What are we looking for?
Strong experience in a similar busy and fast paced office environmentRelevant telephone-based Customer Service experienceGood attention to detail and accuracyPrevious administration and diary management experienceProfessional and confident manner on the telephone and through emailCompetent IT skills with Microsoft Office programmes and ability to learn new systems
