The Role you will be doing;

• To manage a case load of clients
• To liaise with third parties
• To respond to queries in a timely manner and ensure relations are maintained between all parties.
• Explaining the benefits of services.
• To achieve targets set by employer.

• Maintain good relations with customers.
• To have a good knowledge of the different services the company offer to all relevant parties.
