The Role you will be doing;
- To manage a case load of clients
- To liaise with third parties
- To respond to queries in a timely manner and ensure relations are maintained between all parties.
- Explaining the benefits of services.
- To achieve targets set by employer.
- To provide a quality service to clients
- Maintain good relations with customers.
- To have a good knowledge of the different services the company offer to all relevant parties.
- To carry out all duties in specified timeframe.
