Site Administrator

NRL are looking to recruit a Site Administrator for an Immediate start to be based on a construction project in Leeds.
Duties:

• Onboarding assistance for new workers.
• Collate and manage timesheets.
• Complete administration duties.
• Taking meeting minutes where necessary.
• Book inductions when necessary.
• Support new workers onto site.
• Any other site administration duties.
• ASAP start until end of May initially.

 
What you need:

• Willing to work in a live busy construction environment.
• Flexible with task and willing to get involved in a variety of projects.
• Willing to get involved with tasks on site and be keen to learn.
• Good MS Office Skills and able to confidently use the IT Systems.
• Experience working a construction site highly desirable.
