I am working with a fitout contractor who are a family run business that operate out of Bolton.
They have won a plethora of work across various sectors, including a large £3m fitout project on a £250m+ site.
Over the last 4 years, turnover has grown from £2m to closer to £20m.
They are looking for a Site Administrator to join their site team on one of this new project in Leeds.
Role & Responsibilities Include:
- Uploading information
- Auditing and quality checks
- Effective and efficient archiving of documents
- Access and signing in of contractors/subcontractors
- Ensure documents flow is carried out as necessary in a timely manner
