The Project

We are looking for an experienced Site Administrator / Document Controller to work on a £20m New Build Apartment Block in Leeds City Centre. You will ensure that all documentation is scanned, uploaded, filed and distributed to the relevant team in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

For this role, you must hold the below experience as a minimum -

  • Site based experience of providing administrative support on a construction project
  • Good working knowledge of document control software such as Asite, SharePoint or Viewpoint

The Role

  • Job Title:Site Administrator / Document Controller
  • Project: £20m New Build Apartment Block, Leeds City Centre
  • Duration: 24 Months+
  • Reporting to: Site Manager

Duties

  • Filing, typing, scanning
  • General site admin duties
  • Faxing / Photocopying / Emailing
  • Meeting and greeting site visitors
  • Sorting incoming / outgoing documents
  • Regularly update the document register
  • Record plant and materials received to site
  • Update site notice boards / Health & Safety Signage
  • Review and update the document register as required
  • Providing assistance with site timesheets when required
  • Answer incoming calls and handle general correspondence
  • Act as the go-between between the Site Team and Design Team
  • Liaise with the Design Team to receive and distribute drawings and other document
  • Keep records of all communication, meetings, and decisions made during the construction process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and other relevant paperwork
