The Project
We are looking for an experienced Site Administrator / Document Controller to work on a £20m New Build Apartment Block in Leeds City Centre. You will ensure that all documentation is scanned, uploaded, filed and distributed to the relevant team in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
For this role, you must hold the below experience as a minimum -
- Site based experience of providing administrative support on a construction project
- Good working knowledge of document control software such as Asite, SharePoint or Viewpoint

The Role
- Job Title:Site Administrator / Document Controller
- Project: £20m New Build Apartment Block, Leeds City Centre
- Duration: 24 Months+
- Reporting to: Site Manager
Duties
- Filing, typing, scanning
- General site admin duties
- Faxing / Photocopying / Emailing
- Meeting and greeting site visitors
- Sorting incoming / outgoing documents
- Regularly update the document register
- Record plant and materials received to site
- Update site notice boards / Health & Safety Signage
- Review and update the document register as required
- Providing assistance with site timesheets when required
- Answer incoming calls and handle general correspondence
- Act as the go-between between the Site Team and Design Team
- Liaise with the Design Team to receive and distribute drawings and other document
- Keep records of all communication, meetings, and decisions made during the construction process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and other relevant paperwork
