Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be a key player in ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and empathetic individual to contribute to the success of our Customer Service department.

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products/services, orders, and general inquiries.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Assist in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the overall Customer Service experience.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Customer Service or a related administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with an emphasis on attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Customer Service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
