The Role:
- Taking incoming calls from customers & managing an email inbox
- Taking detailed information/orders and processing these onto the system
- Keeping the customer updated & maintaining the database
- Answering any queries or concerns from customers
- General administrative tasks
The person:
- Excellent communication & organisation skills
- Previous experience with MS packages or CRM systems
- Self-motivated & confident
- Previous Customer Service experience
