Responsibilities
• Manage all Customer Service inquiries, including invoicing queries• Work with the Operations team to deliver excellent service• Provide back up support to the Sales coordinators• Manage customer queries via phone and email• Problem solve any issues relating to customers' deliveries• Provide basic technical support to customers• Manage all customer return requests• Handle queries from Rep's & Accounts
