JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor
HOURS: 8AM - 4:30PM or 09:00 - 5:30PM
LOCATION: Smethwick
SALARY: £24000
START DATE: ASAP

This role:
- First point of contact for customer enquires via phone and email
- Take ownership of tasks to meet service level agreements
- Qualify customer requirements and reduce customer downtime
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure first service is always provided
- Maintain and update customer records
- Process purchase order requirement
- Maintaining records

- Excellent communicator
- Proficient on MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and SLA's
- A warm and professional manner
- Good attention to detail
