Morrison Water Services, the UK’s largest, dedicated utility service provider has been awarded the Welsh Water Network Alliance Contract. The scope of work will include the repair and maintenance of clean water network assets covering the whole of Wales.
Morrison Water Services are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work on our Welsh Water contract in Clydach.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be part of our planning team who are responsible for ensuring customer's are contacted to schedule work. You will deal with customer enquiries ensuring they are dealt with in a positive and helpful way. You will arrange workloads based on priorities driven by the application of customer. You will work together with other departments such as planning and operations to ensure customer needs are met.
Do you have previous Customer Service experience? This is essential for the role.
Have you maintained good computer knowledge and self-assured in the use of MS Office packages?
Can you maintain and hold excellent communication skills on all levels?
Do you have the ability to prioritise and organise own workload?
