Customer Service Advisor (Hybrid)
We are currently working alongside a client based in Abingdon, Oxford who are looking for an Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a 3-month temp to perm basis.
This position will see you support/be apart of the Customer Service team dealing with the following:
- Dealing with inbound calls, around 40 calls per day which is dealt with between the CS team.
- Dealing with enquires that come into the inbox/system/web chat
- Actioning/Escalations.
- Updating CRM system with relevant information.
All training and support will be given.
Hybrid role once full trained, 3 days in the office 2 days at home. - This role would suit someone who is looking to step into a commercial office and develop their Customer Service skills.
Requirements:
- Good attention to detail
- Articulate
- Basic understanding of Excel
- Understanding of MS programs
Working hours: 8:00am - 17:00pm, Monday-Thursday, Friday - 8:00am - 16:00pm
Pay Rate: £11.35 p/h (Weekly paid)
