Customer Service Advisor
Our client in the retail sector are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their Head Office to handle a high volume of inbound sales queries.
The position is office based however will be hybrid, so some home working will be expected.
We need candidates to be flexible to work on a rotational shift pattern, working various hours between 8am - 8pm, and 1 weekend per month.
The role and responsibilities:
- Handling a range of queries through a variety of different channels including inbound calls, emails, live chat and social media messages from prospective customers.
- Establishing customer requirements and finding appropriate solutions.
- Supporting existing customers and checking in to make sure they are satisfied with the service they have received.
- Maintenance of company records and database of customers as well as keeping up to date with current policies and procedures.
- Work towards team and individual targets.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a Call Centre/Customer Service role.
- Flexibility in regards to shift patterns. Some evening and weekend working is required.
- Previous experience working towards targets and KPIs. Target-driven.
- Great communication and tech skills.
