Role Summary
Essential Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and respond to all inbound telephone and email sales enquiries from all our websites and reservation engines.
- Proactively deal with all leads and convert all enquiries in a professional manner
- Provide excellent Customer Service throughout the experience for both corporate and high net worth retail customers.
- Respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
- Adopt a flexible approach
- Provide accurate information to all customers
- Qualify potential customers and manage risk
- Provide support on the front reception desk with face-to-face interaction with our customers
Qualifications/ Requirements
- Competent with Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Attention to detail
- A calm and analytical approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to quickly identify and prioritise issues, create solutions and meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers
- Must hold a Driving Licence
We are looking for candidates for this key role who have preferably worked in sales and/or Customer Service roles previously, although consideration will be given to candidates from other closely related sectors.
