Your new role
As a Customer Service officer, you will responsible for the receipt of service referrals, repair requests, ordering of stock and general requests / enquiries for the Community Equipment and Wheelchair Services. You will also liaise effectively with all service users on all aspects of service provision and be responsible for arranging all clinical and operational work schedules. In addition you will be required to ensure all work is completed in accordance with the services published performance standards and safe working practices.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone with strong administration experience as well as having worked with a high volume of outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate will provide a high level of Customer Service and have a proactive approach to their role.
What you'll get in return
This role is fully office based in Solihull full time hours Monday - Friday. This is a temporary on going assignment. It is offering a rate of pay of £12.80 per hour and will be paid on a weekly basis.
