About The Role
Your main aim will be to resolving incoming customer queries and orders professionally and efficiently, while adhering to company processes and policies.
- Ensure the customer is always informed and up to date
- Take responsibility for the administration of customer queries and records
- Liaise with other internal departments professionally and courteously, maintaining a strong and productive relationship
- Meet targets in query resolution, call handling and quality
Dealing with customer queries and ensuring a high quality customer relationship is achieved
A professional approach with sound judgement and integrity
To be educated to national level 1 e.g. GCSE grades D-G
Efficiently operate and use systems.
Good communication skills and be computer literate
