MONDAY - FRIDAY: 10AM - 4PM

£12.00 PER HOUR

People Solutions are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our Client based in Birmingham.

Day to Day Duties

• Providing a high level of Customer Service over the telephone and online
• Making orders
• Account Management
• Processing requests using Hubspot and Aircall systems
• Answering calls and online chat

Essential Skills

• Professional telephone manner
• Fully conversant with Word and Excel
• Able to work from 8th February 2024 until end February 2024 as this is a temporary holiday cover for this period

Desirable Experience

• Experience using Hubspot or Aircall systems
• Experience in the Automotive industry
