Our client based in Bracknell are looking for a number of highly organised individuals to come and join their busy team for 12 weeks to help support them through a busy period of increased workload. You will be responsible for providing excellent Customer Service to their customers, helping with enquiries, managing bookings, data entry, and offering support to the wide team with any administrative duties.
The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work. We're looking for motivated, team players who are available immediately.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Liaise with customers and resolve any enquiries that may arise via telephone
- Responding to emails
- Provide administrative support to the wider team
- Ensure databases, files and documents are maintained and up to-date
- Arrange bookings for customers and ensuring all paperwork has been completed

Location: Bracknell - Fully Office based with onsite parking available
Working Hours: Full time, Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and Fridays: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
