Shirley, Solihull (Hybrid working available after training)
Immediate start - 12 months (strong possibility of perm)
12.30 - 12.56 per hour dep on exp + parking
We are currently seeking an Administrator with strong Customer Service Skills and exceptional communication skills to manage Customer Orders

You will be processing orders received by fax, e-mail and telephone, ensuring on-time delivery as well as handling any queries arising in the process.
You'll be a natural communicator who thrives on engaging with customers - helping to resolve issues.
Experience in an order processing environment and have excellent communication skills with high attention to detail
Experience gained in a Customer Service and possess a true 'can-do' attitude and strong work ethic and commitment
Ambitious to develop professionally in an exciting, well-respected and thriving organisation
