Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Farnborough, 100% office based

Salary: £22,880 plus a quarterly performance-related bonus of £500 - £1000 every 6 months

Shifts: Full-Time between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Sunday on a 37.5 hour working week

About the Role: Our client, a leading fintech company, is on a mission to make financial education accessible and enjoyable. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will ensure a smooth and simple process for all customer queries.

Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

• Use our client's systems to answer email, phone, and live chat queries
• Promptly address queries and comments made via social media
• Answer general technical queries about the website and mobile app
• Handle queries regarding customer statements and financial activity
• Provide friendly, helpful advice to all customers-
• Perform administrative tasks (monitoring risk alerts, one-off tasks, etc.)
• Support Member Services Management
• Make customer call-backs
• Respond to social media contacts on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
