Location: Bracknell (fully office based )
Hours of work: 37 hours per week ,between 8am and 5.00pm Monday to Thursday , you would finish at 4.30pm on a Friday.
Salary: GBP12.00 - GBP12.50per hour

As a Customer Service Advisor and Administrator, you will provide an excellent and suitable service to all customers. Key duties and responsibilities:
- To assist customers with a variety of enquiries via email and on the telephone
- To assist customers who have enquiries through various digital platforms and manage their expectations IE Facebook , Twitter , Trust piolet etc.
- To provide excellent front-line service and take ownership of any enquires from customers.
- To liaise with third parties to manage enquiries and provide solutions.
- To update customers and third parties
- To manage and update the internal system with customer details and legal documents.
- To complete all round administration
The ideal Customer Service executive and Administrator will have/be.
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Good administration skills
- Be computer literate including Microsoft package.
- Have a positive, can do attitude.
- Be able to start asap
Previous Call centre experience would be desirable although this is not essential
