Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence professionally.
- Manage the inbox and deal with all queries.
- Assist with data entry, document management, and file maintenance.
- Provide efficient administrative support to our sales team.
- Open customer accounts.
- Take payments, manage cash & banking.
- Assist with credit control queries.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Perform general office duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Google & Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Previous administrative experience is an asset but not required.
