Description of the role:
- Liaising with customers via phone, email and web chat.
- Understanding customer requirements.
- Contacting prospective customers and following up on enquiries.
- Dealing with customer enquiries face to face.
- Dealing with associated administration and taking payments.
About you:
- Experience of working within a customer focussed environment.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to upsell additional services.
- IT literate, being able to pick up new systems.
