We have an exciting opportunity as a Customer Service Advisor in our Head Office team.

We are looking for someone who has excellent Customer Service skills and is able to use these skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Our Customer Service Team work in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will thrive in this environment as they support the organisation with dealing with care enquiries, managing enquiries and booking visits for prospective care home residents and their loved ones.
It also important they share our caring values and have a real passion for making a difference.

Location: Eyre Court, Lincoln (hybrid working either in the office or from home)
Salary: £25,645 per annum
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week (5 days out of 7 working rotating shifts between the hours of 8.30am – 6.30pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays 12-4pm)
