Permanent, full time Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week
Shift Pattern: 6am - 2pm / 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm / 10am - 6pm on a rota basis

With our recent office relocation, we're on the lookout for a customer-service driven individual to lead our Customer Service efforts. By putting Customer Service at the heart of everything we do, you will be accountable for building candidate relationships, ensuring candidate retention, and driving fill rate by booking candidates into shifts.

Every day you will...
Manage all telephone and online queries raised by workers such as customer
preferences, pay queries, annual leave, compliance, system changes, hourly rates;
ensuring all are handled in a supportive manner to encourage a continued effective
working relationship with candidates.
Have effective usage of customer support systems, ensuring appropriate resolution of incoming queries and all activity tracked in the correct manner.
Working with the wider Shared Service centre to support the continuous improvement and development of the Bookings function, in order to meet client, business and regulatory requirements.
