Customer Service Advisor

Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join a premier Contact Centre outsourcing business who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to their clients. This role is Monday - Friday on a temporary to permanent basis.

The suitable candidate will have previous Customer Service experience and have strong communication skills.

The start date for this position is asap.

Benefits and Package for a Customer Service Advisor:

• Salary: 11.53 per hour
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
• Contract: Temporary to permanent
• Location: Banbury City Centre
• Start date: ASAP, subject to checks
• Full training will be provided with continuous support week to week

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

• Managing and promptly responding to customer queries across various channels to achieve a first-contact resolution whenever possible
• Handling customer inquiries via telephone, email, and webchat
• Taking ownership of queries and escalating them through the appropriate channels when necessary to ensure timely resolutions
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions on their accounts, in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Identifying opportunities to enhance processes and improve customer satisfaction
• Demonstrating active listening skills to truly understand and address customer need

Key Skills of a Customer Service Advisor:

• Willingness to provide a credit report (we can assist with this process)
• Willingness to provide a basic DBS certificate (we can support this)
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Proactive and confident phone manner
• Passion for problem solving and offering solutions over the telephone
• Positive team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
