Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join a premier Contact Centre outsourcing business who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to their clients. This role is Monday - Friday on a temporary to permanent basis.
The suitable candidate will have previous Customer Service experience and have strong communication skills.
The start date for this position is asap.
Benefits and Package for a Customer Service Advisor:
- Salary: 11.53 per hour
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
- Contract: Temporary to permanent
- Location: Banbury City Centre
- Start date: ASAP, subject to checks
- Full training will be provided with continuous support week to week
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Managing and promptly responding to customer queries across various channels to achieve a first-contact resolution whenever possible
- Handling customer inquiries via telephone, email, and webchat
- Taking ownership of queries and escalating them through the appropriate channels when necessary to ensure timely resolutions
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions on their accounts, in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Identifying opportunities to enhance processes and improve customer satisfaction
- Demonstrating active listening skills to truly understand and address customer need
Key Skills of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Willingness to provide a credit report (we can assist with this process)
- Willingness to provide a basic DBS certificate (we can support this)
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Proactive and confident phone manner
- Passion for problem solving and offering solutions over the telephone
- Positive team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
