Customer Service Advisor

Note: This job is for Indeed Flex, but will take place at a client's worksite.
Join Indeed Flex as a Customer Service Advisor with Sainsbury's Bank for a 9 month full-time opportunity in Rosyth!
Salary: £23,250, increasing to £23,750 after probation period + excellent benefits.
Start date: Monday 3rd June
*You must be available for 3 weeks training (Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm)
Shift: Shift patterns change every 4 weeks and are flexible
Job Description:
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers submitting purchase enquiries. By providing information clearly and understandably over the phone, you'll be responsible for helping and supporting customers while doing your best to promote a positive customer experience. This is a regulated environment where attention to detail is critical. You will quickly develop specialist knowledge, becoming an expert in digital banking services, fraud awareness, and supporting vulnerable customers.
Equipment including laptops will be provided by Sainsbury's Bank.
Responsibilities:
Take consecutive inbound calls.
Deliver first-class Customer Service and display behaviours that exceed customer expectations.
Deal with enquiries promptly and ensure commitments made are delivered to achieve service targets.
Adhere to all the relevant regulatory and operations risk controls, policies and minimum standards.
Solve customer queries by using problem-solving skills efficiently.
Remain resilient, positive, determined and capable of meeting demanding deadlines.
Identify improvements in the customer journey and suggest ideas to enhance customer experience.
Proactively develop knowledge and skills needed to achieve successful and fair customer outcomes.
Requirements:
6 months experience in a call centre role
Strong administration and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail to support system and process activities
Strong communication skills to build relationships with ease
