- Hours - Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (35 hours per week)
An exciting opportunity has emerged for an enthusiastic Customer Service professional to join a program focused on supporting communities across Merseyside and Cheshire.
Working as a Customer Service Advisor, your customers will be the general public, meaning the utmost professionalism is required at all times. You will be required to build rapport and as the first point of contact and the 'voice' of the company, ensuring a seamless and efficient service is imperative.
The role will combine a mixture of office/home working and being out on the field so a full UK driving license is essential for this position as well as a willingness to go and visit customers based around Merseyside and Cheshire to provide face to face support and advice.
The hours:
- Shift pattern, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Job will include:
- Speaking to a variety of different customers, being the first point of contact for clients seeking support
- Providing an excellent customer experience, building rapport instantly and taking further details about their enquiry
- Recording details onto the system
- Handle enquiries and resolve any issues efficiently
- Support colleagues and work as part of a team
Person Specification:
- Experience of providing effective empathetic support to vulnerable clients
- Full UK Driving License / access to own vehicle
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- A professional approach
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Respect for private and confidential information.
