Customer Service Advisor

InstaStaff are currently recruiting for Experienced Customer Service Advisors to join our client based in Birmingham.

This is a part time position, please only apply if you can work Monday to Saturday covering the part time hours stated below.

The duties of the Customer Service Advisor are:

• Making outbound and inbound calls.
• Taking information over the phone.
• Dealing with questions, queries, and issues.
• Dealing with data, such as payment details.
• Updating payment methods as/when required.
• Updating in-house CRM system.
• Taking high volume calls, up to 120 per day.
• Administrative duties such as data entry.

The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have:

• MUST have 2 years’ experience within the same/similar role. 
• Administration experience preferred, not essential.
• Experience using Microsoft Packages preferred, not essential.
• MUST be flexible with working hours/weekends (see hours below).
• Must be looking for long-term, temporary to permanent work.

The hours of the Customer Service Advisor:

• Monday to Saturday - Day shift.
• 16 - 20 hours per week.
• Part Time position.

The pay rate for the role is between £13.00 - £13.50 per hour, depending on working hours and experience.

This is a temporary to permanent position with the view to go permanent after the 12-week period.
