InstaStaff are currently recruiting for Experienced Customer Service Advisors to join our client based in Birmingham.
This is a part time position, please only apply if you can work Monday to Saturday covering the part time hours stated below.
The duties of the Customer Service Advisor are:
- Making outbound and inbound calls.
- Taking information over the phone.
- Dealing with questions, queries, and issues.
- Dealing with data, such as payment details.
- Updating payment methods as/when required.
- Updating in-house CRM system.
- Taking high volume calls, up to 120 per day.
- Administrative duties such as data entry.
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have:
- MUST have 2 years’ experience within the same/similar role.
- Administration experience preferred, not essential.
- Experience using Microsoft Packages preferred, not essential.
- MUST be flexible with working hours/weekends (see hours below).
- Must be looking for long-term, temporary to permanent work.
The hours of the Customer Service Advisor:
- Monday to Saturday - Day shift.
- 16 - 20 hours per week.
- Part Time position.
The pay rate for the role is between £13.00 - £13.50 per hour, depending on working hours and experience.
This is a temporary to permanent position with the view to go permanent after the 12-week period.
