Hays Business Support are working with a private sector organisation based in Albrighton. They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support the current team. This is a full time, permanent position and is between £20,000 and £23,000 per annum.
Your new role
The Customer Service Advisor will support customers who contact the company through a variety of customer contact channels, including Phone. Email, Live-Chat and Social Media. The role will include providing expert advice and supporting customers who wish to make a purchase or who have an enquiry.
This role has 8hr shifts between the hours of 8:30 and 18:00 Monday to Friday. This role also requires a candidate to work 1 Saturday a month. This role offers hybrid working options. Ideally, the candidate will be available to work a mixture of hours, including evenings and weekends.
Main Duties:
- Provide information and advice relating to products
- Support customers wishing to make a purchase
- Provide information about additional products
- Take payments
- Arrange refunds where appropriate
- Deliver brand qualities
- Represent brand standards
- Provide a friendly professional service to customers
