Join our team as a Customer Service Complaints Advisor working for our client BMW Group in Farnborough delivering exceptional Customer Service in the automotive industry.

We are looking for collaborative and dedicated Customer Service Advisors - Complaints to join our inclusive and friendly team. This is a full-time complaint handling role with a competitive salary of £26,000 and many excellent benefits. You will need to be able to work from home with a requirement to go to our client's Farnborough office when needed.

• Extensive experience in delivering outstanding Customer Service, preferably in a contact centre environment using various communication channels
• Previous experience in a contact centre dealing with complaints is desirable
• Proven ability to resolve complex customer complaints, handling conflicts and negotiations like a pro
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment
• Superb written and verbal communication skills, with a dash of charm and wit
• Stellar interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Multitasking prowess and the ability to handle high volumes
