Are you a Customer Service Advisor or similar, ideally with any experience in a construction company, looking join a market-leading, global manufacturer, in a sales support role which offers extensive training and the potential for long term progression opportunities?

Established over 60 years ago, the company is a market leader in producing ventilation products and solutions, and are also expanding their guttering division. Supplying into the commercial and residential sectors, they produce products for a range of clients including schools, hospitals, and hotels in over 20 countries, providing innovative solutions to ensure a healthy indoor and outdoor climate.
You will be responsible for consulting with clients on their product range and nurturing existing accounts with outbound warm calls, alongside performing a range of sales support duties such as processing orders, and coordinating stock availability.
You will add direct value to a forward thinking, vibrant team, within a role which you can make your own.

The role:

• Dealing with all sales enquiries and being an internal point of contact for customers
• Chasing overdue orders, quotations and monitoring ongoing projects
• Maintaining client files and ensuring accounts are nurtured with outbound warm calls
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Set up new customer accounts

The person:

• Customer Service Advisor, administrator or similar
• Ideally any experience within a construction company
