You will work a 35-hour week, working 9am-5pm. This role is based full time in office in Glengormley.The position comes with a competitive salary and bonus scheme which can be discussed upon applicationThe RoleAs a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a key role within the Glengormley Branch. Duties include:
- Acting as first point of contact within the branch and offering a professional service
- Building relationships with new and existing members
- Assist customer by providing information on various products and services offered by the business
- Cashier duties
- Handling tasks relating to account processing
- Ensure customers are provided with advice and service that is compliant with all existing legal, regulatory and voluntary code obligations, and all Bank standards, policies, processes and procedures.
The Person:
- 6 GCSEs grade C+ in Maths and English
- 2 years experience within a Customer Service focused position
- Experience of working with IT systems, demonstrating understanding of Microsoft packages specifically Excel
- Strong service delivery ethic with a focus on quality, competency and accuracy
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
