- Hours of Work: 37 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
- Holidays: 35 days pro rata

- Provide housing advice and assistance to people, who often have complex needs or are facing difficult circumstances, with a focus on preventing homelessness.
- Hold a degree or equivalent and a minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a customer support environment OR
- Hold a BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma qualification in Housing and a minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a customer support environment OR
- Hold a BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a customer support environment OR
- Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning and at least 3 years relevant experience in a customer support environment.
- IT/ Microsoft Office Proficiency: Intermediate.
- A full current driving licence and access to a form of transport.
- As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
