SalaryVANRATH are delighted to be assisting our client, a large Public Sector Organisation with the recruitmentof a Resource Advisorto join their team based in Belfast.
This is a Full-Time Monday - Friday position. 37 hours per week. Monday - Friday 9 - 5.
Salary
£23,819 per annum, plus benefits.
Responsibilities
- Attend briefings before deployment into each area.
- Plan routes according to the properties required to visit.
- Deliver the information booklet to each household / business in each project area.
- Where no contact can be made, leave a calling card indicating what residents need to do and/or when you plan to call again.
- Collate and return all completed questionnaires to the project officer.
- Maintain a high level of customer care and deal with internal and external customers of the service either face-to-face or by telephone and e-mail as required.
- Undertake any other relevant duties that may be assigned as required by the line manager.
Essential Criteria:
- A full, current driving license.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to provide information to and handle complaints from the public.
- A good standard of literacy, including the ability to create and maintain computer records.
- The ability to prioritise work and keep track of tasks using judgement to decide priorities.
