Our extremely reputable, global client are currently seeking Customer Service Advisors to join their team due to continued business growth and client demand. The successful candidate will have a background in Customer Service whether this be from a retail, hospitality, contact centre or office environment. Excellent communication skills is essential due to the high-volume pace of this role.

Please note, this role will rotate between office based and remote working rotas.
Key Duties:
- Handling incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers with relation to a range of enquiries and complaints
- Keeping updated records of each client call, ensuring that all information is accurately detailed on the internal CRM system.
- Ensuring all client enquiries are dealt with in a professional, efficient and friendly manner.
- Finding a suitable resolution to the customers enquiry within the set parameters
- Prior experience from a Customer Service role is essential, preferably within an office or contact centre environment, however, retail/hospitality experience is also considered.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focused attitude with the ability to be empathetic.
- Willingness to learn and further develop.
- Computer literacy skills with a minimum type of speed of 30 words per minute (typing test will form part of the short-listing process)
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

The Offering:
- Starting Salary of £24,000 per annum with the opportunity to increase earnings through additional training.

- 2 weeks working from home, fully remotely and 2 weeks working from the office, on a rotating basis.
- Working hours will include a rotation pattern working between the hours of 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday on a weekly basis.
- You will also be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays and 1 in 8 Sundays, however, you can arrange to swap shifts if required. The working hours for weekend shifts are 09:00 – 17:00.
