Hours: 4 on 4 off rotation across days and nights

This is a great opportunity to work for a leading company in their industry and provide essential Customer Service and coordination of bookings to your colleagues/clients. Main duties will include:
- Manage new bookings and distribute work to relevant departments
- Liaise daily with various teams
- Ensure SLA’s are adhered to
- Plan best route of efficiency for colleagues who will be attending site visits
- Escalate any known issues or queries that may impact on service delivery to our clients
- Diary management
- Providing high levels of Customer Service both internally and externally
Ideal applicants will have previous experience in Customer Service and diary management or administrative support. The ability to use your own initiative, common sense and manage own workload goes without saying.
