As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of call for customers and potential customers. Therefore, a friendly & professional personality is essential.
Main Duties:
? Dealing with customers in person and via the telephone.
? Convert enquiries into sales to ensure the store hits its target. Upselling of company services.
? Administrative duties
Maintain a clean and tidy store.
? At times you may need to work alone and take key holder responsibility.
? Will be required to carry out forklifting duties.
- Deal with any late payments.
Candidate Requirements:
- A good level of written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and clear communication skills when dealing with customers in person and over the phone
- Attention to detail and able to work within company guidelines. Comfortable working in a small team environment and adapt to lone working
- Ability to retain company products information covered within the induction process.
