This role is for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor who will be tasked with providing exceptional service working within the Financial Service industry. Based in Chester, the individual will be an integral part of a vibrant Customer Service team.

Description

Duties of the Customer Service Advisor will be:

• Provide exceptional Customer Service to our customers and prospective customers via telephone, email, secure message and webchat.
• Continually develop your knowledge on the business products and services so that you can assist customers with their queries.
• Provide an excellent customer experience by way of a friendly telephone manner and active listening
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer experience.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role within the professional services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-centric approach with a problem-solving mindset.
• A strong ability to work well in a team.
• Proficiency in using Customer Service software and tools.
