Duties of the Customer Service Advisor will be:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to our customers and prospective customers via telephone, email, secure message and webchat.
- Continually develop your knowledge on the business products and services so that you can assist customers with their queries.
- Provide an excellent customer experience by way of a friendly telephone manner and active listening
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer experience.
Profile
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
- Proven experience in a Customer Service role within the professional services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
