Our client, an award winning tour operator, specializing in worldwide island holiday destinations, is looking for a TRAVEL & TOURISM candidate who has worked in the leisure industry and who has excellent communication skills both verbal and written to interact with their clients from the UK as well as internationally.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a travel and tourism / leisure background is ESSENTIAL
- A close commute to North London
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – an assessment will take place in the interview process
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understanding terms and conditions of bookings
- Dealing with flight issues
- Assisting customers with flight information and well as itineries and hotel bookings
- Using an inhouse software program for all client interaction and producing reports
This is a hybrid position which include working from home for 2 days of the week. There is also a commission earning opportunity on top of the basic salary.
