Your new role
Customer Service Advisor
£24,000 per annum
Office based (no hybrid)
Permanent, full-time
Key duties:
- Answering customer enquiries
- Informing customers of delivery times
- Inputting purchase orders
- Generated new telesales leads and creating new tenders (no cold calling)
- Arranging supplier and customer meetings
- Customer service experience
- Eagerness to learn!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
