You will play a key role in professional and customer-focused teams with responsibility for providing an efficient and effective service to all customers. You will be responsible for providing administration support to both teams to deliver exceptional front line Customer Service across the organisation, ensuring an excellent customer experience is achieved. The front line Customer Services involves dealing with a range of queries by telephone.
