We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, customer focused individual to join our busy and demanding Customer Services Team. You will be part of a team dedicated to managing customer interactions and providing support and advice to customers ensuring as many enquiries as possible are resolved at first point of contact to maximise customer satisfaction
You will provide first point of contact to customers dealing with varied and complex enquiries via telephone, live chat and face to face for up to 17 different Council Services, including Revenues and Benefits
Previous experience of delivering excellent Customer Service, together with excellent communication and IT skills and an ability to deal courteously and sensitively with enquires.
