Customer Service Advisors

Copart are looking for Customer Service Advisorsto join our team, working from our Contact Centre in Peterlee.

You'll be working from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with no weekend or bank holiday working, so you'll benefit from a great work-life balance and have more time to yourself.

Our team of Customer Service Advisors are the first point of contact for our customers in our busy, high volume contact centre environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to all our customers first time, every time!

What do we need from you:

• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• A clear and professional phone manner
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT in general
• Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
